ITS国际金融培训学会（The Financial Branch of ITS，简称IFTS），是金启航教育培训联合BITAC（英国在华国际培训师协会）、ITS（国际培训学会）共同发起成立的地区性非盈利性学术型组织。
IFTS成立发布会已于2022年9月24日在上海环球金融中心顺利举办。
会上，ITS理事委员会主席 /IFTS总召集人顾宇先生代表主办方致辞，上海财经大学金融学院博士生导师，院长助理曹啸教授、财联社副总裁贾宝龙先生、RFP国际注册理财师中国大区总裁梁辉先生、教育部心理学教学指导委员会委员，上海体育学院心理学院博士生导师贺岭峰教授四位专家作为IFTS专家委员会委员代表出席了发布会，并就“BANI时代，金融人如何度过寒冬”的话题给出了自己的见解（可关注IFTS-CN官方公众号观看发布会嘉宾演讲回放）。
截至目前，IFTS已经收到了100多位来自金融及培训领域的精英提交的会员申请，已经通过报名筛选的会员，即可正式成为IFTS的创始会员。

IFTS是谁？
Who is IFTS?
ITS国际金融培训学会（The Financial Branch of ITS，简称IFTS），是金启航教育培训联合BITAC（英国在华国际培训师协会）、ITS（国际培训学会）共同发起成立的地区性非盈利性学术型组织。
The Financial Branch of ITS (IFTS) is a regional non-profit academic association jointly established by Jinqihang Education andTraining, BITAC (BritishInternational Trainers Association for China) and ITS (International Training Society).

IFTS的使命
Mission of IFTS
IFTS旨在协同国内外金融及培训领域专家及精英，在ITS的引领下，共同打造金融行业从培训师到培训场景的生态圈，涵盖金融行业培训师的培养、评级、交流、专业提升、培训业务场景的结合与优化、培训师年度大赛和峰会论坛、培训师签约、推荐等领域。
IFTS aims to cooperate with experts and elites in the field of finance and training domestic and abroad, with the guidance of ITS, to jointly create an ecosystem from trainers to training scenarios in the financial industry, covering the training, rating, communication, professional promotion of trainers in the financial industry, the combination and optimization of training business scenarios, the annual competition and summit forum of trainers, the signing and recommendation of trainers and other fields.

IFTS的会员
Members of IFTS
1、国内外金融行业培训或人力部门从业人员、金融行业从业精英可申请成为会员。
Managers of domestic and foreign financial industry training or human resources departments and elites of financial industry can apply for membership.
2、国内外从事金融相关领域研究或培训工作的专家或培训师、咨询师可申请成为会员。
Experts or trainers and consultants engaged in research or training in finance-related fields at home and abroad can apply for membership.
3、IFTS专家委员会顾问和理事委员会委员不做公开招募，我们将就候选人资质做综合评估后做定向邀请和任命。
The consultants of the IFTS Expert Committee and the members of the Board of Directors will not be recruited openly. We will invite and appoint the candidates after a comprehensive evaluation of their qualifications.

除了免费参加金融培训大师赛、IFTS高峰论坛、参与评选杰出顾问、理事及优秀会员，理事会每年还会推荐20位秀会员，为其承担ITT（英国国际培训师）—BCT资格认证的全部学费、教材费和认证费，助力培养金融行业培训领域专业复合型人才。

如何成为IFTS会员
How to become an IFTS member
1、扫码报名填写入会申请;
2、静候理事委员会审核通过;
3、通过审核后，方可成为正式会员.
1. Sign up for the QR code to register and fill in the membership application;
2. Waiting for the approval of the Board of Directors;
3. You can become a full member only after passing the review.
